Commercial Mobile Systems “CMS” understands and caters to the needs of our customers.  Our offices that we call skid buildings are typically 8x12 although we can construct them to any size needed to meet your site requirements.  The buildings are built much like typical office trailers accept they are supported on steel skids sized to work with the weight of the building designed.

You may ask why a skid building is so versatile.  A skid building has a low profile that allows the office to be placed inside warehouses, tilt up buildings, hangers and the likes.    They are popular buildings for oil fields and farms as they can be moved with the use of a tractor or a truck without the need to be placed on a foundation each time.   This is not to mention that steps are not required as the building sets low to the ground.
